Customer Service and Delivery

Products: We try to ensure that all product colors and that descriptions are as accurate as possible but please be aware that error and inaccuracies can happen. Ecra resolutions may change colors too. So you are responsible to decide if a product meets your requirements and can be used for what you need. Products on the website can be removed or added without any notice. All prices quoted include Vat exclude postage which is invoiced separately.

Stock: Sometimes errors with the amount of stock can happen. This means that we may have some more stock than the value stated or a little less. In case you need more please contact us via email, the website contact form or Facebook. If you buy something and when sorting order we notice that there is less than you request we will contact you to obtain instructions before processing you order.

Place an order: Unless otherwise stated, fabrics are sold by the half metre. To choose your item click on the amount you require (e.g. if you wish to purchase a metre then select 2) and press the "Add to cart” button on the relevant product page. Your shopping basket (in the top right-hand side of the page) will show how many items are in your basket. To see what items are in your basket, click the basket icon and the information will appear on the right-hand side of the page. The value of your shopping is shown in pounds sterling and you will be charged in pounds sterling

Payment: To protect your Credit or Debit card information, we use a specialist Payment Services Provider who is compliant with the VISA and MasterCard PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards. We don't record or store your card details, and no-one at Tania Fabrics has access to any card details. You will see a padlock in the right-hand corner of the bottom bar to indicate that you are now in a secure area.
You can pay through your PayPal account if you have one or alternatively you will be asked to supply your credit/debit card details. Once these details have been entered check that the information is correct and then click the “Pay Now” button. Or can made by bank transfer. Please contact in case of any question.

Postage: Postage & packing is calculated and charged once your order is received. When this has been calculated a further invoice will be sent to you to cover this cost which must be paid before we dispatch your order. We aim dispatch orders within 2 working days, but in busy times can take a little longer. Normally if you are in UK your order will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class up to 2kg and/or £50. Above that will be sent with courier. All orders over £20 will be sent signed for and over £50 insured. But if you need something different ( pe, 1st class, next day delivery, hold shipment, etc ) you can contact me or leave a note when you place the order. All orders will get proof of posting. Delivery should take place within 10 days. If your parcel take more than 10 days to arrive please contact. Is important for you to make sure that the delivery details are correct, because we can't be hold account otherwise.
If you are outside UK, your parcel can be sent with Royal Mail Airmail or with courier depending on the size or value. If you have any more queries or questions please contact for more information before place a order.
